The demographic explosion that Kinshasa has experienced, has aggravated the problem of waste management. Responding to it is crucial today because of its detrimental effect on human health and sustainable development. Faced with the city’s unhealthy problems, it is important to come up with an effective and lasting solution. Indeed, today, the majority of waste is disposed of in public or wild landfills, but this does not solve the problem because the waste accumulates there. We propose to collect and recycle this waste in order to reinject it in the industrial market. Thus, we give them a second life.
